The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) has a rich history with small business, having a more a than 30 year relationship with our local small business community. GOAA has and remains committed to the inclusion and success of small business in all areas of operations. The Board, Executive Management Team and entire organization believes in, supports and recognizes the many economic, social and innovative benefits provided by small business.

The Small Business Office connects local, small, and historically underutilized businesses to resources and contract opportunities at GOAA by providing personalized, equitable, and diversified solutions to current and future Airport businesses, contractors, and consultants.

FY2024-FY2026 ACDBE Goals

In fulfillment of the requirements of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23 (49 CFR Part 23), GOAA has established an Overall Goal for FY2024-FY2026 for Non-Car Rental and Car-Rental Concessions. A public meeting was held on November 10, 2023 to review the methodology and rationale used to calculate the proposed goals; the meeting’s presentation is available at FY24-26-ACDBE-Goal-Methodology.
